The organisms are: |
1. Staphylococcus aureus gram positive cocci seen in groups. Aerobic, facultative anaerobic
2. Streptococcus pyogenes gram positive seen mostly in odontogenic infections
3. E.coli- gram negative bacilli which is a present inn oral cavity
4. Bordetella pertussis - most important and causative agent of whooping cough. Gram negative aerobic pathogenic, encapsulated cocobacillus
5. Vibrio cholerae - comma shaped gram positive cocci
